Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when TPCs could disappear if user added several TPCs in a row (SE-4032).

2. Fixed an issue when Single Scope was always created using the old version of the Rate Card when newer one was available (SE-3918).

3. Fixed an issue when user tried to create TPC, ‘Selling price’ field wasn't automatically populated when user entered value of 'Unit Cost' field (SE-3862).

4.Fixed an issue when the mapping screen wasn't displayed, when user tried to create Single Scope using Template with a different Rate Card (SE-3800).

Improvements:

1. 'My Scopes' page has been redesigned, it has been split into two different tabs: 'Folders' tab and 'Scopes' tab.

Now user can move Single Scope into Folder from 'Scopes' tab using 'Move Scope to Folder' feature inside action ('...') button.
