Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when user couldn't create or update Single Scope using API (SE-3925).

2. Fixed an issue when user couldn't update component if he merged roles on 'Deliverable Overview' page (SE-3080).

3. Fixed an issue when user got the infinity loading spinner and couldn't add or create a deliverable, if he clicked the ‘Start building your Deliverable’ button before filling in the required fields (SE-3410). 

4. Fixed an issue when the number of all clients was displayed, and not the number assigned to him (SE-3711). 

Improvements:

1. Reworked display of 'Scope Types' field when creating Single Scope or Scope and added 'Show Scope Types' application setting.

 

Now if user doesn't have 'Scope Types' or 'Show Scope Types' permission is disabled then 'Scope Type' field won't be displayed when user creating Single Scope or Scope.
