Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when hours for roles weren't saved when user was adding roles in the same window (SE-3782).

2. Fixed an issue when user was unable to scroll to 'Save' button and was blocked from adding all of the fields (SE-3079).

3. Fixed an issue when placement of the 'ON/OFF' toggle to 'Edit component quantity when reviewing scope' permission wasn't aligned with other 'ON/OFF' toggles (SE-2794).

4. Fixed an issue when the TPC which was created on the fly had ‘Overtime Rate’ field (SE-3684).

5. Fixed an issue when user couldn't save TPC in which only 'Group' option was changed on 'Library' page (SE-3716).

6. Fixed an issue when TPC budget value didn't carry over to the Single Scope duplicate (SE-3717). 

7. Fixed an issue when TPC's name wasn't saved if user renamed it on 'Deliverable Builder' page (SE-3735).

8. Fixed an issue when green banner appeared if user tried to un-merge role on 'Library Deliverable Builder' page (SE-3747).

9. Fixed an issue when 'Create Third Party Cost Group' modal window contained broken text (SE-3505).

Improvements:

1. 'Remove' function was added for 'Output Template' fields.

2. The information in the tip text has been updated on the 'Create Folder' page.
