Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when the original components name was displayed instead of edited component name on 'Deliverable Overview' page (SE-3746).

2. Fixed an issue when 'Built deliverables' counter displayed incorrect amount of deliverables on 'Dashboards' page (SE-3666). 

Improvements:

1. Added an ability to specify values when for converting TPC from one type to another.

For this, user should have at least two assigned 'Unit Types' to Formula.

And create conversion using 'Add conversion' button from window on the left.

Then user should select the 'Unit Types' and specify the conversion value.

Now when user will change 'Unit Type', which have assigned conversion, TPC 'Unit Cost' will transform according to the set value.

2. Added an ability to revert a component to original ScopeMark state when user has made changes in Custom RateCard.

3. Added an ability to upload 'Internal note' for a library component or deliverable when using the bulk uploader tool.

4. 'Delete resourses' permission in 'Scope' section on 'Member' tab of the 'Manage' page is now 'ON' by default.
