Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when hidden ScopeMark Rate Card would show up in client's 'Rate Card' field (SE-2965).

2. Fixed an issue when users were unable to delete Sections on 'Deliverable Builder' page (SE-2970).

3. Fixed an issue when 'Revert' button for Fixed Fee component was pulling '0' value, unlike the value assigned on the 'Library' page (SE-2991).

4. Fixed an issue when incorrect icon for Fixed Fee component was displayed on the 'Component Entry Edit' page (SE-2974).

5. Fixed an issue with 'Trading' Single Scope's deliverables inside a Section (SE-2998).

Improvements:

1. Changed info message text for when downloading a PDF Output for non-default Output Templates.

2. Added labels to the Fixed Fee components for a quick component type identification. Changes apply to the 'Component Entry Edit' and 'Deliverable Builder' pages.

3. Added an 'edit' feature for Fixed Fee prices. Users are now able to edit the price in terms of Quantity 1 or Quantity X (i.e., the total price of the Fixed Fee component).

Users are also allowed to set price for all or for each, if quantity of the component is set to value above '1'.
