Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue with making changes to the fixed cost line item component inside the single scope on the Client portal (SE-2906).

2. Fixed an issue when user is unable to load an image into Word Editor (SE-2884).

3. Fixed an issue with pulling values of the fixed price items that are used within deliverable resource widget table when user creating an output template (SE-2885).

4. Fixed an issue when dashboard download does not replicate the selected filters within the Client portal (SE-2905).
