Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue with pulling values of 'Sub Total' and 'Section Total' widgets within the 'Deliverable Resource Table One Editable' table widget inside the Word Output Template (SE-2729).

2. Fixed an issue with calculating the FTE by time period (SE-2803).

3. Fixed an issue with displaying values of the deliverable totals within the 'Deliverable Resource Table One' table widget inside the Word Output Template (SE-2821).
