Bug fixes:
1. Fixed a performance issue when the User automatically navigates (without previewing) to the 'My Scopes' page after creating a new third party cost item on the Library page (SE-2764).
2. Fixed an issue when the User was unable to delete a rate card that previously was assigned to the client (SE-2767).
3. Fixed an issue when some table widgets in the downloaded custom output template have the incorrect size (SE-2606).
4. Fixed an issue when the image not resizing in line with a view in Output editor (SE-2621).
5. Fixed an issue when Agency Price value doesn't update with the fixed cost price in both the deliverable and overview page (SE-2627).
6. Fixed an issue when disabling of 'Edit', 'Create' and 'Delete' output templates permissions doesn't block these abilities for a member (SE-2661).
