How do I change the components seen within a deliverable builder for my users?

Permissions allowing, users can edit the components that are visible within the deliverable builders component panel. As standard, all components within a discipline are visible in the component panel regardless of which deliverable is selected to give users as wider choice as possible. You can manage this list of components viewable to suit your user needs best for how you scope.

To disable components from specific deliverables, once in Manage, Data: 

(1). Go to 'Deliverables'

(2). Select the deliverable item that you want to disable the components from 

(3). Go to 'All'

(4). Select '...' beside the component to be hidden

(5). Choose 'Disable Usage'

Once disabled, your component will appear in the 'All' list as 'Disabled' but will include a grey banner to mark that this component will not be visible to users from that deliverable.
