Archive / Unarchive SOWs in Scope

This feature will provide an ability for Scope application users to archive / unarchive SOWs in Scope Home Page.

In order to Archive a specific Scope users will need to click into the 'My Scopes' tab select the relevant scope they wish to archive and then select 'Archive Scope' from the relevant drop down list.
