Each time a scope is updated by collaborators, or input is received on a scope as part of the approval flow, a new version will be created. This versioning helps you keep track of what changes have been made as your scope progresses.
To access the different versions of your scope, viewing the information bar at the top of your scope.
Using the arrow next to the version number, you can swap between the scope versions.
Why versioning?
When you have multiple people working on a scope, or where your scope is going through internal approval, you will want to keep track of changes made or comments added to your scope. Automatic versioning gives the ability to monitor the changes made to a scope over the course of its creation process.

V2. The image below shows the updated scope version 2, ready for the scope user to amend or edit based on the changes suggested following the reviewers feedback.
