Bug fixes:

1. Fixed an issue when the value of 'SOW Retained Team Hours' was not updated when the user changed the quantity of the component (SE-2376)

2. Fixed an issue when Third Party Cost item description was not updated after the user clicks TPC item sync button (SE-2187)
3. Fixed an issue when hidden discipline completely disappeared from the Manage -> Data disciplines tab (SE-2427)

Improvements:

1. New dashboard charts for Fixed cost usage and Most Frequently Used (hours + %)  Disciplines

2. Ability to change fixed cost deliverables 'on the fly'

If user need to edit fixed cost deliverable inside of single scope he need:

- make sure that 'Enable Fixed Cost Deliverable Editing' settings turned on ( 1 )

- make sure that 'Edit Fixed Cost Deliverable' permission also enabled ( 2 )

After all preparations were made user should open the Fixed Cost deliverable overview page in Library.

Here user sees a list of all disciplines of the deliverable.

Click on the action menu button and click the 'Mark as editable' menu option ( 1 ).

On the displayed popup hit the 'Enable' ( 2 ) button. After that selected discipline of fixed cost deliverable will become editable inside single scope (unless the scope is not in 'Draft' status).

In case you no longer need option to edit fixed cost deliverable in single scope, just open deliverable overview page in Library and click 'Unmark as editable' ( 3 ) for discipline.

After that you need to confirm you action ( 4 ).

Fixed cost deliverable which is editable looks like any other regular scope deliverable.

The user is able to edit it however he wants.
