1. Fixed an issue when Breakdown and Output Excel of resource plans were not matching in hours and values (SE-2403)

2. Fixed an issue when Deliverable Entry Disciplines in the Library were not sorted alphabetically (SE-2322)

3. Fixed an issue when the deliverable resource table was missing a few options (SE-2213)
