1. Fixed an issue when the name of the country was truncated (SE-1275)

2. Fixed an issue when Word document was downloading instead of expected Excel (SE-2303)

3. Fixed an issue when Agency Price figure for fixed costs deliverables was showing incorrect (SE-2320)

4. Fixed an issue when Hard-coded excel templates were missing (SE-2360)
