When an agency has many members it is time to consider about permission profile.
Permission Profiles is extended 'Member Permissions and Approvals restriction' feature which allows creating and applying a custom profile to multiple users.
To create a permission profile, a user should navigate to 'Manage' -> 'Application Settings' tab. Then click 'Permission Profiles' which is located under general settings sections.
On the permission profile page by default present 'Add Profile' button and two profiles: Administrator and User. These profiles are default and can not be modified.
To create a custom profile user should click 'Add Profile' button. 'Create Privilege Profile' popup will be displayed.
On popup specify profile name and select role access. Access role is equal to default permission profiles - Administrator and Member. To apply a custom permission profile for an agency member user should select 'Access Level' and 'Permission Profile'.
After custom profile was created it is time to set up all permissions and approvals. See more details here and here.
Finally to apply custom permission profile go to 'Manage' -> 'Members'. Expand member drop-down. Select a suitable 'Access Level' and choose custom Permission Profile.
