How do I create library component item

Open Library page. Use 'Add item' button to open the menu.

Select 'Component' to open component creation dialog.

After 'Create Component' popup is displayed, user should:

( 1 ) type valid component name

( 2 ) select ratecard from the dropdown

( 3 ) select component entry discipline

( 4 ) type component entry description

( 5 ) submit creation of a component by clicking 'Create Component' button

After the 'Create component' form was successfully submitted than user will be redirected on to the component builder page.
