To add a new Deliverable into the library the user should first head to the library tab in the SCOPE Better platform.
Once in the Library the user should click 'Add Item' and then select 'Deliverable' from the drop down list. This will then open the Deliverable Pop-Up form.
Step 1. Click 'Add Item' button and select 'Deliverable'
Note: You may close dialog on this step to refuse deliverable creation
On 'Create deliverable template' popup:
( 1 ) type your new deliverable name
( 2 ) type your new deliverable description
( 3 ) select the deliverable type ('Deliverable' or 'Fixed Cost')
( 4 ) select deliverable entry ratecard from the dropdown menu of available ratecards
( 5 ) select deliverable entry discipline from the dropdown
( 6 ) confirm deliverable creation by clicking 'Confirm' button
Once the 'Create deliverable' popup has been completed, the user will be redirected to the deliverable builder page where the deliverable can be pre-populated with the required components, or left as an empty deliverable.
(1) Select the drop down arrow beside each sized component
(2) Add the role (one by one) that you need to be a resource to create this component
(3) Select 'Add'
(4) Use the - / + to set the hours, or type manyally the hours required for each role
