Release November, 19th, 2019 – Scope

Bug fixes:

Fixed an issue when after specific actions spinning wheel never disappear (SE-1274)
Fixed an issue when after specific actions deliverable is not inserted into scope with zero budget and infinity spinner is displayed (SE-1545)

Improvements:

1. On create scope page budget field now is filled with zero value by default (SE-1544).

2. Taiwan currency (TWD) now available in ratecards (SE-1432).

3. Deliverable 'Source Name' was removed from the output in 'Output Template - No2' (SE-1526). Now only the user-given name for the deliverable will appear on the output.

4. Few amends to the template to manage 'Fixed Cost' items (SE-1506):

Any hours associated with ‘Fixed Cost’ Deliverables in the Deliverable Table, Staffing Plan and fee summaries in the 'Output Template - No2' template were excluded.
‘Fixed Cost’ Deliverable name, description and price were included in the Deliverable table (like all other deliverables).
Any NO-Charge $0 'Fixed Cost' deliverables were excluded when exported to 'Output Template - No2'.

5. Ability to cascade component entry changes for usages of in Library and/or Scope Deliverables was added (SE-1403).

When a user changes Library component details, he or she will have an ability to perform cascade changes in Deliverables where the component is used. The components which haven't been cascade shall show a broken link, which shall be resolved by clicking the "Sync" button.
