If you didn't receive an email to verify your email address:
- Make sure you have been invited using the correct email address. You may need to ask the SCOPE Better system admin user to check this
- If the wrong email address has been entered, the user can re-invite using the correct email
- Check your junk folder.

- Contact your SCOPE Better Account Manager.
